Event Changes: If the event is rescheduled or altered in format, all valid registrations will be honoured for the new date or format. This does not entitle registrants to a refund.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
We reserve the right to remove any individual from the event for misconduct, without refund.

We are not liable for personal loss, travel issues, or any damages arising during or from attendance at the event.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All event materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of Dynamic and are protected under applicable laws. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any content without prior written consent.
The event may be recorded or photographed, and by attending, you are giving your consent to the use the images or recordings for promotional purposes.
The organizers are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
